2048 is a 4x4 puzzle game designed and developed by Gabriel Cirulli. The object of the game is to combine numbers to create 2048 or higher number tiles.
The rules of 2048 are straightforward. You may move the tiles in four directions: left, right, up, and down. You combine two numbers to produce a 4 tile, four numbers to make an 8 tile, and so on. With each move, a low number, such as a 2 or 4, will emerge in a random location. As the game progresses, the board fills up quicker and the rows become increasingly difficult to shift.
Tip and Trick
Choose a corner - The aim is to produce a single tile in 2048. The simplest approach to accomplish this is to choose a corner and concentrate on making that corner tile your highest number tile. Most people choose the bottom right corner, but you can choose any area that seems appropriate to you. Once you've chosen a corner, two directions will always keep your number there, but the other two are perilous to push without thinking. If you don't have to, don't let your greatest number leave that corner!
